Finding your app
Apps are found on the Marketplace home page
Click on an app card to find more details

Launching your app
Click on Launch
Connect
Version - Marketplace defaults to the latest version of the app, unless informed otherwise it is always best to launch an app on the latest version.
Region - Select the region you want your app to run in. We currently support US & EU regions. Sandbox is not tied to a particular region.
Environment & Tenant - Provide your Socotra environment & tenant details. If you do not see yours there then click Add Environment/Tenant. Only Marketplace admins can do this.
Configure
Vendor provided fields that help you tailor the apps functionality to your own needs. Fill out all required fields.
Map
Marketplace apps may need to know what your unique product looks like. On the left side is the field the app is looking for; click the plus icon and find the corresponding field in your product.
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Review
Ensure all your configuration settings are correct.
Click Launch.
You will be redirected to the app manage page as your app starts up.
